  • Electronic signature means the act of agreeing to a contract by using an electronic means as defined in this agreement. TORNEX provides electronic signature services using DocuSign.

2. Validity of Electronic Signature

  • The validity of electronic signatures is subject to relevant laws and regulations, such as the Electronic Signature Act.

3. Security and Protection of Personal Information

  • TORNEX uses DocuSign for electronic signature services, and the data transmitted through the service is protected through SSL/TLS protocols. In addition, personal information of users is processed safely in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

4. Liability and Legal Effect of Electronic Signature

  • Liability and legal effect arising from electronic signatures are subject to relevant laws and regulations. Users will be held legally responsible for the agreement they make through electronic signatures.

5. Other Provisions

  • In the event of any changes to the terms and conditions, TORNEX will notify users through email, SMS, or other means.
  • Users will be responsible for any liability arising from violations of the terms and conditions.
